Where kids play in Texas
Dallas Park & Recreation NFL Flag
A fall league for ages 6 to 12 in 8U, 10U and 12U divisions. You sign up at a neighborhood recreation center, and play starts the third week of September.
YMCA of Greater Houston
The Houston Texans Flag Football League at the YMCA, for ages 4 to 15, with two fall sessions at YMCAs across the area.
Neighborhood Sports
NFL FLAG for ages 5 to 17, plus an all-girls league and a high school girls league that plays Sundays at Cedar Park High School.
Alamo City Youth Flag
NFL FLAG for ages 5 to 14, with games on Friday nights, Saturday mornings and Sunday afternoons around the city.
Gridiron Dallas
Pre-K to 15U. The spring 2027 season runs March 21 to May 16, with seven games and a tournament.

Pick your format
Start from a youth preset, then match your league’s rules.
- NFL FLAG 5v5
- Choose 5v5 Standard Youth: four downs to cross midfield and three to score. Under Points & tries, move the 2-point try to the 10 to match NFL FLAG.
- Passing only
- Choose 5v5 Air-It-Out Youth. Running plays are off, and you get four downs to midfield and four to score.
- Six on the field
- Choose 6v6 Youth: four downs to midfield and three to score, with tries from the 5 and the 12.
- Anything else
- Choose Custom and set the players, downs, points and tries.
