Last updated: February 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how StatHawk ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and discloses your information when you use the StatHawk mobile application (the "App"), the website stathawkapp.com (the "Site"), and any other related products and services that refer or link to this policy (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the Services.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your email address, first name, and last name. This information is required to provide the Services and authenticate your identity.

Team and Player Information. You may enter information about your team and players, including team names, player first names, jersey numbers, positions, and player classifications. When players are minors, this information is provided by you as an authorized adult (coach, parent, or guardian) on their behalf.

Game and Statistical Data. The Services collect game data that you enter during live game tracking, including play-by-play events, scores, drives, player attributions, and game outcomes. This data is used to compute player and team statistics, generate insights, and produce summaries.

AI-Generated Content. When you use AI-powered features such as game recaps or season summaries, we send structured game and statistical data to our AI service provider to generate written content. No personally identifiable information beyond player first names is included in these requests.

Device and Usage Information. We may collect information about your device and how you interact with the Services, including device type, operating system version, app version, and general usage patterns. This information helps us improve the Services and diagnose technical issues.

2. Information About Minors

StatHawk is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). The Services are designed for use by adults aged 18 and older.

Adult users (coaches, parents, and guardians) may enter limited information about minor athletes into the Services, including first names, jersey numbers, positions, and game statistics. This information is entered by and under the control of the authorized adult account holder. We do not collect full names, dates of birth, photographs, contact information, or location data of minor athletes.

We do not use information about minor athletes for advertising, marketing, or profiling purposes. This data is used solely to provide core app functionality: stat tracking, insights, and game summaries.

If you believe that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at jacob@stathawkapp.com and we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
