Flag Football Stat Sheet — 5v5 Standard

The standard 5v5 sheet covers the most common rec league format. Updated for Yardage Mode with passing yards, receiving yards, and rushing yards columns. If your league uses a no-rush ruleset, leave the rushing section blank — the other columns still give you a complete picture of your offense.

What's on the Sheet

Game header: Team, opponent, date, final score, result, first possession.

Roster grid (12 players): Jersey number and name.

Passing stats: COMP, ATT, YDS, CMP%, TD, INT, SCK.

Receiving stats: REC, YDS, AVG, REC TD, DROPS.

Rushing stats: CAR, YDS, AVG, LNG, TD — leave blank if your league runs no-rush rules; include if rushing is allowed on a count.

Defense stats: FLAG PULLS, INT, INT TD, PBU, SACKS.

Conversion tracking: 1-PT and 2-PT PAT attempts and conversions by half.

Notes section: Space for sideline observations, halftime adjustments, and game-shaping plays.

How to Use It

Print one copy per game. Give it to a designated stat keeper (a parent, an assistant coach, or an older sibling — anyone who can pay attention and write quickly). Go over the roster with them before the game starts so they know jersey numbers. After the game, snap a photo of the sheet for your records or enter the stats into a tracking app.
